• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days for standard shipping. 
• Shipping Fees: Free shipping within The Netherlands.

You’ll receive a tracking number (from PostNL) as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey every step of the way!

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
• How to Return: Start the return process by contacting our customer service team at maartje@majemaje.nl
• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or item, simply let us know, and we’ll arrange an exchange.
